- 40 cloves of garlic (i used prepackaged cloves)
- 1 cup olive oil
- Herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil...etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F.
- In a small cast-iron skillet (or another oven-safe dish), add all the ingredients. Place the baking dish in the oven for 1 hour or until the garlic just begins to brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before transferring to an airtight glass jar. Place in the fridge if not used immediately.
